- 50 grams of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of white elegant condensed milk

How to make :
- First of all, beat the eggs with sugar, emulsifier and salt until fluffy.
- Add flour and baking powder to the mixture while continuing to stir.
- Mix margarine, liquid milk, cassava tape and condensed milk, then add it to the mixture slowly and while stirring.
- Pour the mixture into a baking sheet that has been previously smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Steam on medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove. Then serve.
