Ingredients :
  • 100 grams of rice flour

  • 100 ml of clean water
  • 200 grams brown sugar (finely combed)
  • 2 pandan leaves (clean and make a knot)
How to Make Special Marrow Porridge Easy, Soft and Delicious:
  1. Divide the coconut milk into two different containers, heat the coconut milk in the first bowl along with the final pandan leaves using low heat while continuing to stir, don't let the coconut milk break.
  2. Coconut milk in the second container is mixed with rice flour and salt, stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Then pour in the second container into the coconut milk mixture in the first container which is being heated, stirring constantly the two mixtures until it becomes a thick porridge. Once it's cooked enough, take it out and let it cool.
How to make marrow porridge gravy:
  1. Combine water with sugar and pandan leaves and stir until combined and smooth.
  2. Then boil the sugar mixture using medium heat until it thickens, if it is felt enough, remove it immediately and set aside to cool.
Serving method :
  • Take a few spoons into a serving plate, then pour the brown sugar sauce over the marrow porridge.
