How to Make Soft and Delicious Klepon Cakes

  1. For the sprinkling of Klepon Cake: Boil the water in the pan until it boils, then prepare the grated coconut added with fine salt and 2 pandan leaves. Steam the grated coconut for this topping for about 10 minutes

  3. Making Klepon Cake Dough: Mix 250 grams of glutinous rice flour with 50 grams of rice flour, add 1 teaspoon of fine salt, mix well using a wooden spoon or any equipment to stir

  4. Make a hole in the center of the dough, add a solution of whiting water and pandan paste to taste

  5. Then add water gradually while continuing to stir until all the ingredients are well mixed, and the mixture is smooth

  6. Can knead the mixture by hand so that it is smooth and thoroughly mixed, so that the texture of the combination of beautiful klepon snacks can be formed
