  • 250 grams of rice
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Overlapping chili ingredients:
  • 150 grams of tempeh semangit (roughly ground)
  • 75 grams of grated coconut
  • 150 coconut milk (made from 1/4 coconut)

  • 2 cm kencur
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooked shrimp paste

How to make :
  1. Porridge : Mix the rice with 1 tablespoon of salt, bay leaf and 1.7 liters of water, cook until the rice becomes a soft porridge, immediately remove and set aside.
  2. Sambal overlap : Mix tempe semangit, grated coconut, and spices that have been mashed, stir all the ingredients mixed until evenly distributed. Enter the coconut milk and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the aroma is fragrant and the coconut milk begins to thicken, remove from heat.
