How to Make Black Pepper Sauteed Goat Balls:
  1. Mix ground goat with bread flour, ginger, sweet soy sauce, cloves, fennel, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Add the eggs and mix well. Make the mixture into a circle shape then fill with boiled small potatoes. Fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown.
