How to Make Crispy and Sweet Fried Ketapang Seed Snacks – At first I thought, these ketapang seeds came from fruit seeds or indeed some kind of seeds. Apparently, this ketapang seed is the name of a fried snack. For example, such as snacks like onions, snacks like eggs, cork and seeds of this ketapan. I got this recipe while browsing, after I read it turned out to make this snack very easy and the ingredients are also easy to get. KETAPANG SEED INGREDIENTS
- 450 gr wheat flour
- 200 gr coconut half old, cleaned, grated
- 1 egg, beat well
- 100 gr margarine
- 150 gr sugar
- Salt to taste
- Vanilla to taste
- Right amount of oil
HOW TO MAKE FRIED KETAPANG SEEDS
- Mix the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla until all the ingredients are slightly dissolved.
- Mix flour with coconut, and add the mixture of ingredients above, mix well.
- Add margarine, stir again, knead until the mixture does not stick to the hands.
- Form the mixture the size of a pencil, cut obliquely.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain (remember the fire should not be too big, it will burn quickly) the impression is about 800gr.
