  • 100 ml gram white sugar
  • 400 ml water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolve with 3 tablespoons water)

Coconut milk sauce/gravy ingredients:
  • 500 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make Special Lemu Porridge Typical of West Java:
  1. Dissolve the rice flour using coconut milk then stir until blended. Then add salt, pandan leaves and pandan paste. Then bring the material to a boil over low heat while continuing to stir until the porridge material thickens and is cooked, remove and cool first.
