  1. Cook rice using water along with ginger and lemongrass stalks, stirring until cooked. If it is cooked, remove and set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil, then fry the chopped garlic and onions. Then add shrimp, squid and snapper meat, stir until it changes color.
