How to make a special soft and delicious cut apem cake:
  1. Cook coconut water, sugar and pandan leaves until it boils. Remove and let the nails warm. Pour the coconut water solution gradually into the rice flour. Stir by hand for 15 minutes. Let it cool down.
  2. Pour coconut milk, add yeast, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir well and leave for 35 minutes. Pour the mixture into a baking dish that has been greased on the surface. Steam until the mixture is cooked.
